Six-Flags Band and Orchestra Trip

7th Grade Band and Orchestra - 2018 Spring Trip

Southern Star Music Festival and

Six-Flags over Georgia

Saturday, April 28 2018

About Southern Star Music Festival:

Both band and orchestra ensembles will be preparing to perform at SSMF, giving them the opportunity to prepare for and participate in an adjudicated event. We will be learning to play more challenging music and use our rehearsals to take the students and their playing to a higher level. A panel of judges will listen and give commentary and scores in categories such as tone, technique, interpretation, balance, and stage presence. If time allows, we will also have a mini-clinic with one of the judges following our performances.
