In addition to our leadership team, we are now accepting applications for dynamic instructional and administrative staff. Lead teachers must hold or be eligible for early childhood education certification P-5, should be knowledgeable in Constructivist pedagogy and theory, and have familiarity with the workshop model of teaching and learning, and will ideally have more than 2 years of experience teaching as a lead teacher in grades K-5. Assistant teachers at The GLOBE Academy will play an active role in the academic day. Therefore, we encourage newly certified teachers to apply for assistant teacher roles, as the training and experience gained will be invaluable and will provide a foundation for lead teaching in subsequent years.
