Please join us on * for Orientation Day! You and your GLOBE child(ren) can drop in at Lower Campus or Upper Campus any time between to meet your teachers, drop off school supplies, update registration information, and learn more about school programs like our Extended Care Program, our lunch provider Wholesome Tummies, and how to be involved in volunteer opportunities through our PTCC. Upper Campus parents: Please note that you do not need to go to Lower Campus unless you would like to visit the Spirit Wear and Used Uniform Sale.
WHAT TO BRING
Proof of Residence - Each student must submit an updated proof of residence. This can be a mortgage statement, current lease, or utility bill (gas, water, electric) only. It must be from July, August, or September 2017 and must have the parent's name and service address listed on the bill. Please bring a copy for each student you have at GLOBE. You will update contact and emergency information with your homeroom teacher.
School Supplies - Bring your school supplies to drop off with your homeroom teacher. School supply lists can be found on our website.
Medication Authorization Forms - Our school nurses will be available to accept medication authorization forms and answer any health-related school questions. Please reach out directly to Lindsay Reese (Lower Campus) Lreese@theglobeacademy.net or Cherrie Robinson (Upper Campus) firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
Credit/Debit Card, Cash, and/or Checkbook - PTCC will host a Spirit Wear and Used Uniform Sale at Lower Campus. PTCC will distribute pre-ordered Spirit Wear at Upper Campus (You will receive a link to the online store next week). You can also donate to our Annual Fund. PTCC accepts cash, check and credit/debit cards. Extra carpool tags will be for sale in the front office ($3 each or two for $5.) Carpool tags are check only.
CAN’T MAKE IT TO ORIENTATION DAY? Stop by the Front Office at Lower Campus or Upper Campus on or any time from . Bring proof of residency. You will be able to update contact and emergency/health information, get updated carpool tags and drop off school supplies. You will not be able to meet your teachers these days as they will be in training.
